韋辭（773年 - 830年），字踐之，唐朝官員，京兆萬年縣（今陝西省西安市）人，出自京兆韋氏東眷南皮公房，祖父韋召卿，官至洛陽丞。父親韋翃，官至侍御史。韋辭年輕時以兩經擢第，判入等，擔任秘書省校書郎。唐德宗貞元末年，東都留守韋夏卿徵辟他為從事。作為節度使府的輔佐官，以參與謀划著稱。唐憲宗元和九年（814年），自藍田令入拜侍御史，因事貶為朗州刺史，再貶江州司馬。唐穆宗長慶初年，韋處厚、路隨知韋辭有文學理行，推薦韋辭為戶部員外，轉任刑部郎中，充京西北和糴使。後來擔任戶部郎中、兼御史中丞，充鹽鐵副使，轉任吏部郎中。唐文宗即位，韋處厚執政，以韋辭與李翱同拜中書舍人。韋辭與李翱擅文學高名，倦于潤色文章，以求外任。于是外放為潭州刺史、御史中丞、湖南觀察使。在湖南二年，吏民稱治。大和四年（830年）去世，時年五十八歲，贈右散騎常侍。
