劉恭1世紀 - 117年，東漢明帝的第三子。永平九年（66年），賜號靈壽王。十五年（72年），劉恭封巨鹿王。漢章帝建初三年（78年），徙劉恭為江陵王，改南郡為國。元和二年（85年），三公上書，江陵在京師正南，不可以封，徙劉恭為六安王，以廬江郡為國。漢章帝駕崩，遺詔徙封彭城王，改楚郡為國，當年就國。
劉恭敦厚威重，舉止有度，得到吏民敬愛。漢安帝永初六年（112年），封劉恭子劉阿奴為竹邑侯。元初三年（116年），劉恭以事責其子劉酺，劉酺自殺。元初四年十一月初九（117年12月20日），劉恭去世，謚號靖，子考王劉道嗣位。
