衛次公（752年 - 818年），字從周，河東（今山西省永濟市）人，唐朝大臣。

衛次公在弱冠之年舉進士，擢上第。初為左補闕，歷任殿中侍御史、兼翰林學士。唐順宗時知禮部貢舉，排斥浮華選取實才。改任兵部侍郎，進尚書左丞。唐憲宗將命他為宰相，已經草詔，正好李愬平定蔡州吳元濟，于是衛次公以檢校工部尚書為淮南節度使兼揚州大都督府長史。後任滿歸朝，在途中病故。謚敬。其子衛洙。
