李謹行（620年 - 683年），唐朝時靺鞨人、武官。酋帥突地稽之子。相貌偉岸，武力絕人。麟德年間，任營州都督。他的部落家僮有數千人，以財力雄據邊關，被夷人（契丹、高句麗）所忌憚。666年，以左監門衛將軍與李勣、契苾何力、高侃、薛仁貴東征高句麗。670年，鎮壓高句麗將領劍牟岑的反叛。又和支持高句麗複國的新羅交戰，是羅唐戰爭中，後期唐軍的主帥。防禦吐蕃時，累拜右領軍大將軍，為積石道經略大使。吐蕃論欽陵等率眾十萬人進攻湟中，李謹行以空城計待之。吐蕃疑有伏兵，不敢進。676年，于青海又破吐蕃數萬眾，唐高宗授其為鎮軍大將軍，行右衛大將軍，封燕國公。永淳二年（683年）七月二日去世于鄯州河源軍，年六十四，追贈幽州刺史，陪葬乾陵。
夫人臨汾郡夫人傅氏，春秋六十有一，垂拱元年（685年）七月十七日陪葬於乾陵。有子李思敬。
