洪良品（？ - 1897年），字敘澄，號右臣，別號龍岡山人。湖北黃岡洪家灣（今武漢新洲）人，清朝政治人物，進士出身。早年讀書於道觀河紫霞寺。同治七年（1868年）戊辰科進士，改翰林院庶吉士，散館授編修，歷官戶科給事中。咸豐四年（1854年）太平天國丞相吉文元入境黃岡，知縣翁汝瀛駐李家集，命其與盧璲採、錢崇蘭等採辦團練。歷官江西道監察御史。光緒八年（1882年）彈劾軍機大臣受賄，史稱雲南報銷案。改雲南道監察御史，官至兵部給事中。光緒二十三年（1897年）二月卒于北京。著有《龍岡山人詩鈔》等。
