方徵（1349年 - 1380年），字可久，江浙等處行中書省興化路莆田縣（今福建莆田）人，明朝政治人物。其早年因鄉舉授刑科給事中，朱元璋知其有老母，賜白金，使其歸省。後改為監察御史，出任懷慶知府。其敢於直言，當時天變朱元璋求言，其上疏道應當糾正當時科道網絡人罪的風氣，朝廷應當賞罰分明。明太祖問其網絡罪名者為誰，其指認為河南僉事彭京。後因此貶為沁陽驛丞。洪武十三年，因牽連胡惟庸案入京而亡
