傅扆（1604年 - 1674年），字蘭生，一字彤臣，號麗農，山東新城人，明末清初政治人物。生於明神宗萬曆三十二年（1604年），清世祖順治十二年（1655年）中進士，授河間府推官，官至監察御史。曾平定九江兵變。康熙年間，舉博學鴻詞科，罷歸。能詩文，與王士禎友善，常互相切磋。卒于康熙十三年（1674年）。著有《讀書涉筆》二卷，《硯田漫筆》四卷，《續筆》二卷，《姓譜增補》十卷等。
