李虞仲（772年 - 836年），字見之，趙郡平棘（今河北省趙縣）人，唐朝大臣。祖父是大理丞李震，父親是「大曆十才子」之一李端。李虞仲擅長寫詩，唐憲宗元和初年登進士第。又以制策登科，授弘文校書。在荊南擔任從事，入朝為太常博士，轉任兵部員外郎、司勛郎中。唐敬宗寶曆年間，考制策非常精心，轉為兵部郎中，知制誥，拜中書舍人。大和四年（830年），出任華州刺史、兼御史大夫。入朝拜為左散騎常侍，兼秘書監。李虞仲簡淡寡慾，正直文雅，世代是文學之士，貴而不驕，被士林推重。大和八年（834年），轉尚書右丞。大和九年（835年），為兵部侍郎，官至吏部侍郎。開成元年（836年）四月去世，時年六十五歲。贈吏部尚書。
