師頏（936年 - 1002年），大名府內黃縣人。宋朝政治人物。建隆二年，登進士，初授耀州軍事推官。後歷任翰林學士、知制浩，終知審官院、通進銀台封駁司。
字霄遠，年少篤學，與兄（師頌）齊名。初授耀州軍事推官，開寶中為解州推官。太平興國初遷大理寺丞、陝西河北轉運判官，就改著作佐郎。任滿後，遷監察御史、通判永興軍府。六年，改殿中侍御史、通判邠州。後徙知簡州，轉起居舍人。以公累去官，知資、眉二州。代還，遷侍御史、知安州。移朗州，拜工部郎中，命知陝州。真宗時，招為翰林學士，兼為史館修撰。任知制誥，又知審官院、通進銀台封駁司。（《宋史》卷二九六）
