楊暄（？ - 526年），字宣和，弘農華陰（治今陝西華陰）人，隋朝越國公楊素的祖父。楊暄官至諫議大夫，北魏孝明帝孝昌二年（526年），以別將跟從廣陽王元淵征討葛榮，兵敗被殺。贈殿中尚書、華州刺史、臨貞忠公。
