傅暢（？ - 330年），字世道，北地郡泥陽（今陝西耀縣東南）人，是傅祗的兒子。西晉、後趙時大臣。

在晉朝為東宮侍講，官至秘書丞。永嘉五年（311年），漢趙攻陷洛陽，傅暢勸豫州刺史閻鼎奉秦王司馬鄴據守長安，號令四方，後陷落于石勒，為大將軍右司馬。他輔助石勒，擬訂朝儀，深得石勒信任。於晉成帝咸和五年卒。
