永琮（1746年5月27日 - 1748年），愛新覺羅氏，清朝乾隆帝第七子。永琮生于乾隆十一年（1746年）四月初八子時，生母是孝賢純皇后。乾隆十一年正月，因皇后富察氏懷孕，乾隆並未按慣例去圓明園山高水長處度上元節、觀看煙火，而是破例留在紫禁城陪伴她們母子。當年的佛誕日（農曆四月初八日），皇后生下皇七子，當天正逢久旱之後大沛甘霖，篤信佛教的乾隆十分欣喜，倍感天恩眷顧。皇七子生而穎悟出眾，甚得乾隆帝鐘愛，乾隆命名永琮，內定為皇位繼承人。
乾隆十二年（1747年）十二月廿九，永琮因出痘夭折。
乾隆帝悲痛不已，諭曰：「先朝未有以元后正嫡紹承大統者，朕乃欲行先人所未行之事，邀先人不能獲之福，此乃朕過耶！」乾隆帝贈給永琮的謚號為悼敏，並命皇七子喪儀視皇子從優。大祭時乾隆親臨祭酒。
嘉慶四年（1799年）三月，其弟嘉慶帝追封他為哲親王。
