葛邲（1135年 - 1200年），字楚輔，世居丹陽，後居吳興，宋朝人。紹興五年（1135年）出生。以儒學名家，蔭受建康府上元縣丞。隆興元年進士，為國學博士。奏論州縣受納及鬻爵之弊，除著作佐郎兼學士院權直。宋孝宗時，歷任侍御史、中書舍人、給事中、刑部尚書，奏論都切中時事。宋光宗時，歷任參知政事、知樞密院事。紹熙四年三月，拜左丞相，次年正月，除觀文殿大學士，知建康府。宋寧宗即位，判紹興府，後來判福州，以少保致仕。南宋慶元六年（1200年）卒。
