王廣之（425年 - 497年），字林之，南北朝沛郡相縣（今安徽省濉溪縣西北）人。年輕時善于弓馬，有勇力。曾任南譙太守，有德聲。宋明帝時，為寧朔將軍，隨征討殷琰。三天後攻克合肥城。討伐青州刺史沈文秀，攻占長廣城。建平王劉景素反亂，他率軍攻克京口，立功封寧都縣子。任徐州刺史。
南齊建立，擔任豫州刺史、江州刺史。幫助齊明帝殺死齊高帝、齊武帝後裔諸王，進封應城縣公。建武四年（497年），王廣之卒，謚號莊。追贈散騎常侍、車騎將軍。子王珍國。
