陳起（？ - ？），字宗之，又字宗子、彥才，號蕓居，宋臨安錢塘（今浙江杭州）人，南宋刻書家、藏書家。宋寧宗時鄉試第一，時稱陳解元。後來在臨安棚北大街睦親坊開書肆，自稱陳宅書籍鋪。趙師秀稱其為「賣書陳秀才」，與劉克莊、葉紹翁、劉過﹑姜夔﹑戴復古、方岳、顏羽等交好甚密，劉克莊《贈陳起》詩有「鍊句豈非林處士，鬻書莫是穆參軍」之句。陳起替落魄江湖的詩人出資刻集，刊有《江湖集》，錄有百餘人詩集。言官李知孝、梁成大等發現其中多有謗訕史彌遠﹐因起大獄，陳起被黜流放﹐《江湖集》也被毀板。寶慶二年劉克莊以《落梅》詩中有「東風謬掌花權柄，卻忌孤高不主張」之句，被罷官。敖陶孫亦被貶逐出京。史彌遠病死，鄭清之上台，陳起得以返臨安。今存《蕓居乙稿》一卷。
