蕭繼先，字楊隱，小字留只哥，遼朝軍事人物、外戚。蕭繼先幼年穎悟，被叔叔蕭思溫收為子，堂姐蕭綽（蕭思溫之女）也非常喜愛他。乾亨初年，與遼景宗和蕭綽的長女齊國公主結婚，拜駙馬都尉。統和四年（986年），宋軍來侵，繼先率邏騎逆境上，多所俘獲，遼聖宗表揚他，拜北府宰相。自此出師，繼先必將本府兵先從。先後參加拔狼山百壘，破宋軍于應州等戰，聖宗南征取通利軍，蕭繼先立功。後聖宗親征高麗，蕭繼先年老，留守上京。五十八歲逝世。
