張茂昭（762年 - 811年），原名張昇雲，字豐明。籍貫不詳。唐朝軍事人物。唐德宗時，隸屬父親義武節度使張孝忠門下，後因功升為檢校工部尚書。張孝忠死後，繼為義武節度使，唐順宗時，官任同中書門下平章事。唐憲宗時，加張茂昭為太子太保。《盧氏雜記》記載張茂昭好食人肉，茂昭卻表示「人肉腥而且肕，爭堪吃。」後入朝，改為河中節度使。不久卒。
長子張克讓，官至檢校工部尚書兼右金吾衛將軍，追贈尚書右僕射。次子張克恭，官至諸衛大將軍。三子張克禮，娶唐順宗之女晉康公主。幼子張克勤，官至左武衛大將軍。另有兒子張克從，曾任少府丞；張克正。
