姚振宗（1842年 - 1906年），字海槎、金生，會稽（紹興陶家堰）人，清代學者。藏書家姚仰雲之子。其先世出自吳興。道光二十二年（1842年）生於會稽，自幼好學，終生隱居著述，對歷代正史《藝文志》和《經籍志》加以補撰、補註。光緒三十二年七月六日卒。
