平原懷王劉勝（1世紀 - 113年），東漢第四位皇帝漢和帝的長子、母不詳。延平元年（106年）被封為平原王，八年後逝世，葬在京師，諡曰懷。

年少時因久病錯失皇位，死後沒有後代，鄧皇后立樂安夷王劉寵的兒子劉得繼承平原王王位，劉得於六年後逝世，無子，永寧元年（120年），鄧皇后再立河間王劉開的兒子劉翼為平原王。
