傅毅（？ - 90年），字武仲，扶風茂陵（今天陝西）人，永平中於平陵習章句，東漢文學家。曾與班固、賈逵同事，同校訂內府藏書，班固說他下筆不能自休，車騎將軍馬防推薦為將軍府軍司馬。車騎將軍竇憲又請傅毅為主記室，竇憲升任大將軍，傅毅任司馬。
傳說漢明帝聽傅毅說西方有佛，明帝便派蔡愔等人赴西域求佛法。日本學者鐮田茂雄認為漢明帝時傅毅尚是少年，不可能在朝廷作官，認為漢明帝感夢求法完全不是歷史事實。
傅毅流傳至今的著作有《舞賦》、《七激》等，但編的集全部失傳。
