郭簡，五代時軍事人物。妻子王氏，四女郭氏。子郭威。兒子郭威三歲時，郭簡一家徒居太原。不久之後，郭簡死于與燕軍的戰役。《新五代史》則稱「簡，事晉為順州刺史。劉仁恭攻破順州，簡見殺」。後漢時代，郭威顯貴之後，追贈為太師。
郭威登上大寶後，郭簡被後周追尊為皇帝，廟號慶祖，諡號章肅皇帝，皇陵稱欽陵。
