佟國綱（ᡨᡠᠩ ᡤᡠᠸᡝ ᡬᠠᠩ|v=tung guwe g῾ang，? - 1690年)，康熙二十七年（公元1688年），佟國綱請歸滿洲，佟氏由漢軍正藍旗抬籍入滿洲鑲黃旗，為佟佳氏，滿洲鑲黃旗，一等公爵、都統，康熙帝舅父，太子太保佟圖賴（三等精奇尼哈番，滿語子爵）長子，孝康章皇后之弟，佟國維之兄。康熙二十七年，奉命隨領侍領侍衛內大臣索額圖與沙俄訂立《尼布楚條約》，保護清朝的北部邊界安全。二十九年，在征準噶爾部噶爾丹的烏蘭布通之戰中陣亡 (今內蒙古自治區克什克騰旗)。子鄂倫岱、法海、誇岱。
