李存紀（？ - 926年），後唐太祖李克用的第七子，生母曹氏。同光三年（925年）十二月辛亥，詔封通王。926年四月，李存紀、李存確聽說郭從謙造反，殺害大哥莊宗李存勖，逃到南山，藏在民家。唐明宗詔河南府和諸道：「諸王出奔，所至送赴闕；如不幸物故者，收瘞以聞。」藏匿李存紀、李存確的民家上告安重誨，安重誨對霍彥威說：「二王逃難，主上尋求，恐其所失。今上既監國典喪，此禮如何？」霍彥威回答：「上性仁慈，不可聞奏。宜密為之所，以安人情。」指使民家把他們殺了。
據義武軍節度使王處直墓誌銘，王處直第三女嫁北京留守李存紀，未知是否同一人。
