秦定三（？ - 1857年），字竹坡，湖北武昌府興國州人。清朝軍事將領。武榜眼及第。道光九年（1829年）中式己丑科一甲第二名武進士，授官二等侍衛。出為廣西桂林營游擊，累擢貴州鎮遠鎮總兵。太平軍興起後，秦定三調安徽，苦戰數載，卒于軍旅。事聞，朝廷依例賜恤，謚恭武。《清史稿》有傳。
