瞿汝說（1565年 - 1623年），字星卿，號達觀。明末官員。南直隸常熟縣（今江蘇省常熟市）人。瞿汝說為瞿景淳四子，瞿汝稷之弟。五歲而孤。構文成，輒跪薦父神主前。萬曆二十五年（1597）中舉，二十九年（1601年）成進士。先後任官工部營繕清吏司主事、都水司員外郎、江西按察司僉事，萬曆三十八年官至湖廣提學僉事，後升廣東參議，調江西參議，以剛正聞名。早年以文會友，與瞿純仁、邵濂、顧雲鴻共同創立拂水文社，後期與謝肇淛、葉向高等人交往頗深。著有《皇明臣略纂聞》。有子瞿式耜。
