胡季堂（1729年 - 1800年），字升夫，號雲坡，河南光山人。清朝政治人物。胡煦幼子，乾隆元年胡煦卒于北京。七歲喪母，由長嫂撫養長大。乾隆時以二品蔭生授順天通判，乾隆三十一年（1766年），出任甘肅慶陽知府，不久升任甘肅按察使。四十四年，升任刑部尚書，賜紫禁城騎馬。嘉慶三年（1798年），授直隸總督，賜孔雀翎。次年，加太子太保，首劾和珅二十條大罪。五年十月以病免官。
