趙令疇（1051年 - 1134年）又作趙令畤，字景貺、又字德麟，自號聊複翁。涿郡（今河北涿州）人。宋太祖次子燕王趙德昭的玄孫。歷官右監門衛大將軍、營州防禦使、洪州觀察使，元祐六年（1091年）以承議郎簽書潁州（今安徽渦陽）公事，時蘇軾為潁州太守，兩人有交遊。蘇軾愛其才，特上書推薦令疇。後因元祐黨爭，被廢十年，依附宦官譚稹。紹興初年，官至右朝請大夫，呂頤浩推薦他主行在大宗正司，但趙令畤因依附譚稹，被宋高宗以有礙輿論為由改為右監門衛大將軍、榮州防禦使，權知行在大宗正事。遷洪州觀察使，襲封安定郡王，遷寧遠軍承宣使。工於詩，以柔婉清麗見長，推崇蘇軾、黃庭堅、晁無咎。卒贈開府儀同三司。著有《侯鯖錄》8卷。
