王正雅（8世紀 - 831年），字光謙，并州晉陽縣（今山西省太原市）人，唐朝大臣。御史大夫王翊弟王翃之子。王正雅年輕時以孝行修謹聞名。元和初年，舉進士，登甲科。元和十一年（816年）為監察御史，三次拜萬年縣令，在京師抑強扶弱，有政聲，得到唐穆宗褒獎。升任戶部郎中、太常少卿，出為汝州刺史。不滿監軍宦官，稱病辭職。入朝為大理卿，不畏權勢，敢于直言。力爭宋申錫免死，百官推重。大和五年（831年）十一月去世，追贈左散騎常侍。他的堂弟王重，王重的孫子王凝。
