李繼和（963年 - 1008年），字周叔。北宋潞州上黨縣（今山西省長治市）人，李處耘次子。李繼和以蔭補供奉官，三次升遷官至洛苑使。宋真宗咸平年間，奏請修築鎮戎軍城（今寧夏固原市），于是知鎮戎軍兼原州、渭州、儀州都巡檢使。領平州刺史，兼涇州、原州、儀州、渭州鈐轄，咸平五年（1002年），在天麻川殺衛埋族，隴山外諸族全都恐懼內附。咸平六年（1003年），出為并州、代州鈐轄。官至殿前都虞候、領端州防禦使。李繼和自幼習武藝，好談方略，知書明禮，所至有治績。但是對待屬下嚴酷少恩，杖罰過當。去世後，贈鎮國軍節度使。
