李龜年（？ - ？），中國唐朝中期音樂家，在唐玄宗時期與兄弟李鵬年、李鶴年齊名。李龜年早年入梨園，善歌，能演奏篳篥、羯鼓等多種樂器，又能作曲，以創作《渭川》一曲而得到唐玄宗賞識。李龜年與其兄弟在長安建有豪宅，其規模「逾于公侯」。安史之亂之後流落四方，後于大曆年間病逝于湘潭。杜甫著有《江南逢李龜年》一詩，李端著有《贈李龜年》一詩。
