王仁皎（651年 - 719年），字鳴鶴，唐朝外戚、官員。家族出于太原王氏，根據其女兒王氏的相關記載，當時已遷至同州下邽縣。王仁皎初以翊衛調同州參軍，換晉州司兵。景龍年間，官至長上果毅。或記授甘泉府果毅，遷左衛中郎將。
其女王氏早年嫁給臨淄王李隆基為郡王妃。710年，唐隆之變後，女婿李隆基成為太子，女兒王氏獲封太子妃。王仁皎也由此顯貴，升為將作大匠、太僕卿。先天之變後，李隆基登基，女兒成為皇后。做為外戚，王仁皎不再任職。李隆基給予他優待，加特進，開府儀同三司，策上柱國、封祁國公。開元以來，開府儀同三司這個殊榮僅有他與姚崇、宋璟、王毛仲四人得到。仁皎本人不幹預朝政，但生活侈華。開元時，他的另一個女婿長孫昕因依杖皇親國戚的身份，與自己的妹夫楊仙玉一起毆打御史大夫李傑，後被囚禁。根據《太平廣記》的記載，王仁皎組織了二百多騎，從萬年縣衙劫持了長孫昕等人。
開元七年，王仁皎在京師逝世，追贈太尉、益州大都督，謚號昭宣。其子駙馬都尉王守一，請求援引睿宗皇后之父竇孝諶之例，墳高五丈二尺，遭到侍中宋璟和門下侍郎蘇頲的反對，以為「高墳乃昔賢所誡，厚葬實君子所非」。今墓在大荔縣羌白鎮正西二公里處。
