王晏（890年 - 966年），徐州滕（今山東滕州人）人。五代時大將。少年時常劫富濟貧。後唐同光年間，入禁軍，升任奉國都頭。奉命駐守陝州（今河南三門峽）。契丹大軍滅後晉，抵汴（今河南開封），派劉願攻破陝州，沿途燒殺搶掠。王晏與指揮使趙暉、都頭侯章打算殺劉願。王晏會同幾個勇士，於夜晚翻過牙城城牆，入帥府，二月十四日，凌晨，殺死劉願，砍下劉願的人頭，懸掛總部轅門，舉城投降劉知遠。王晏被封為絳州防禦使，不久晉升建雄軍節度使，加平章事。
後周廣順元年（951年），投靠周太祖郭威，任侍中。任鳳翔節度使。官至太子太師。北宋建隆年間，征討李筠。任安遠軍節度使。乾德元年（963年），封韓國公，拜太子太師致仕。三年（965年），冬，卒於洛陽家中。
