李執中（820年代 - ？）是唐敬宗的三子，生母不詳。其兄長李普生于824年，敬宗于826年被殺，他應在其間出生。敬宗被殺後，宦官王守澄立敬宗弟江王李涵為唐文宗。

828年，李普薨逝，837年，唐文宗封敬宗的其餘兒子為王，李休復封梁王，李執中封襄王，李言揚為紀王，李成美為陳王。

李執中此後的經歷在史書中沒有記載，薨年也不詳。其第三子李採，封樂平郡王。
