劉六符（？ - ？），河間人，遼國進士、官員。遼北府宰相劉慎行之子。六符兄弟六人：劉一德、劉二玄、劉三嘏、劉四端、劉五常、劉六符。遼聖宗朝，為著作郎、中允、詹事、國子祭酒。重熙初年，為政事舍人，後遷翰林學士、右諫議大夫、知制誥、同修國史。重熙十一年（1042年），到宋朝索要周世宗攻下十縣土地，宋朝只同意增加歲幣。他第二次赴宋朝時，要求宋朝寫貢歲幣，宋朝只同意稱納歲幣。回到遼國後劉六符升至樞密使、禮部侍郎、同修國史，後遷中書政事令，官至同中書門下平章事，1054年之後去世。
