鮑之鐘（1740年 - 1802年），字雅堂，一字禮鳧，號論山。江蘇丹徒人。清朝詩人、官員。

鮑之鐘為鮑皋之子，少年即負才名，文採秀逸高雅。乾隆三十四年（1769年）中進士，官至戶部郎中。晚年流連詩酒以終。

之鐘工詩，在京師時與洪亮吉、吳錫麒、趙懷玉多有唱酬，被法式善稱為「詩龕四友」。

著有《論山詩稿》。
