馬希濬（930年之前 - ？），馬楚武穆王馬殷之子，排行不詳。

馬希濬在楚國沒有官職，楚國滅亡隨哥哥馬希崇、馬希能十九人住在南唐的揚州。周世宗顯德三年（956年）後周攻克揚州，周世宗下詔安撫馬氏兄弟。後來南唐收複揚州，馬希濬隨周世宗到達開封，馬希濬被周世宗任命為節度行軍司馬，終于其職。
